You are correct. Arizona got fed up with DC refusing to enforce the border, so they took it on themselves. They used shipping containers. Then the obama admin sued Arizona to get them to stop. Maddening.

OK,first let me repeat...I'm not opposing what Abbott has done.I congratulate him in fact.However,if the Federal courts rule in The Big Guy's favor (which seems likely) he can then order the Texas National Guard to clear out any state or local people (including the "State Guard").
