The USA must have 0 secret courts, including FISA and this one. We’re becoming North Korea.
My placing the whole matter as a “trade” issue, and not a true “legal” issue, the Biden cabal thinks it was alright and legit to create a U.S. court, by executive order alone, with no action by Cpngress. And the Dims claim “democracy” is in peril without them.
With no accountability or oversight by anyone. The words “Secret Court” should send chills up the spine of everyone in America—especially those who give a rabid rat’s shiny hiney about Our Precious Democracy.
It’s spying right out in the open.
On what authority is this exec order based? Constituition offers Article III and Article I courts, but none via Article II, the executive.
Beats the hell outa me.
... “Officially known as the Data Protection. Review Court, it was authorized in an October 2022 executive order to fix a collision of European and American law that had been blocking the lucrative flow of consumer data between American and European companies for three years.
The court’s eight judges were named last November, including former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Its existence has allowed companies to resume the lucrative transatlantic data trade with the blessing of EU officials....”

The meeting did not appear on the president´s official diary issued to journalists, nor has

Trump should add it to his list of exec orders to cancel on Day 1.
Politico would not tell the truth if it knew what it was.
Seitz was being considered by Obama as a Supreme Court nominee. De clerked under A. Wallace Tashima
of the Ninth Circuit Court and was fast-tracked through a special program to counsel to the 9/11 Commission and similar positions before Obama brought him on board, to work with Holder.
De also served as DOJ transition for Biden. He’s one of Holder’s front men in the administration.
