It would be nice, but I doubt that will happen. If you look at the wording of the liberals in their questions, they really like these agencies having the ability to rewrite law a the drop of a hat.
I agree with other posters here that the administrative state is the most dangerous part of our feral government. The BATFE is a great example of that. They just make shit up on the fly.

Roberts’ questions were a clear indication he is going to reverse the Chevron deference or se erely limit it.

Oh, I agree that he thinks it is bad law. But, I have a hard time believeing he will get rid of the entire underlying consequences of Chevron and how it has been used by administrative agencies since the case's ruling.
