“””””From a legal standpoint it had always been treated as a state issue”””””
American Journal of Public Health, Vol. 61, No. 5, May, 1971
“On the one hand the Department of Defense (DoD) now permits the performance of
abortions for medical reasons and reasons of mental health. In July, 1970, Assistant
Secretary of Defense (Health and Environment) Louis M. Rousselot determined that
abortion may be performed in military medical facilities in the United States without
regard to local state laws.1* This action is applicable, of course, only to those individuals
eligible to receive care in military medical facilities.
On the other hand, the Office of Economic Opportunity has a policy guideline stating
that no project funds may be used for any surgical procedure intended to result in
abortion.2 This is not a statutory limitation but an internal policy that was established
when the agency initiated its family planning programs in 1965.”
Is an abortion merely the removal of unviable tissue mass like they told us for years or is it killing a human?
Political reality is political reality.
According to you it isn’t killing anyone if a state is allowing it.
How does the overturning of Roe eliminate federal funding anyway?
And how does the military deal with abortion?
How does the overturning of Roe eliminate federal funding anyway?
Abortion is up to the states to have when the feds overturning of Roe Vs wade.
And how does the military deal with abortion?
When your in the military your government property and do as they say.
According to you it isn’t killing anyone if a state is allowing it
You don’t understand what you read do you.
You didn’t answer anything.
It’s an interesting question and irrelevant to the question of whether or not abortion falls under the purview of the states or under the federal government. There are all sorts of crimes that are left to the states to deal with. Is education important? Sure. Does that mean the federal government has any business being involved in it. Not in my opinion.
If you want to nationalize every issue when you don’t like the outcome from leaving it to the states then you open pandora’s box even wider. The idea that the federal government will do a better job than the states ignores history. Nationalizing abortion won’t solve the problem. You can pass restrictive abortion law all you want in Congress. What’s going to happen when a more pro-choice Congress gains power? They’ll reverse things far over in the other direction. Federalizing abortion isn’t the solution. It’s a recipe for a perpetual tug of war on the national stage.
Letting random women kill people because they want to is not something that a state can decide for itself.
That’s your opinion.
You also keep ignoring that the federal government has to allow or deny abortion to its people and to deny or allow funds to be spent on it, so there will always be a federal position on abortion.
Did you don’t understand it your confused.
Is an abortion merely the removal of unviable tissue mass like they told us for years or is it killing a human?
You won’t answer, if you think the first then your position makes sense, if the second then of course a state can’t be allowed to conduct those.
I’ve already addressed that. I’ve already acknowledged the necessity of federal legislation to address the specific areas you mentioned.
"Polling has shown". - ABCMSM. Bull.
"We lost mid-terms because of abortion." - Below-Average FReeptard. Bull.
"How is it that Kansas GOP Sen. Moran won re-election by nearly the exact same margin that the Kansas abortion Amendment lost?Or that when the Montana abortion Referendumdum was on the ballot, the Montana GOP picked up 3 state senate seats and one in the statehouse?
Or that MT GOP Reps. Zinke and Rosendale won easily?
In fact, the Independent in Rosendale's race beat the Democrat! Where's the pro-abortion anti-GOP vote in that District? LOFL.
Americans, even Libtards -- but not FReeptards -- know that abortion is genocide, and that Roe was a blood libel against black babies.
You didn’t answer how the military deals with abortion, you merely said the soldiers will do what they are told.
You didn’t explain how overturning Roe prevents federal dollars from being involved in abortion.
You seem to think the murder isn’t murder if done in a state.
“Government cannot give the power to murder citizens over to the states.
It’s why Roe Vs Wade was over turned it’s in the states hand only not the feds.
No more of the feds spending billions in supporting Murder Inc..”
You didn’t answer post 50.
You also keep ignoring post 52.
Such ridiculous anectodal gobshite horseshit. Are you really that pathetically unread on history? Your "O" levels hurt your brain? Miss the KGB train to Oxfam, did you?
Roe was a deliberate, ungodly act by a Protestant court to bring a black genocide holocaust into creation. It was the demonic convergence point between the last-gasp of Sanger's eugenics, and these WASPs patent fear of miscegenation.
Abortion-on-demand under Roe would have never existed in the United States if it were not for a Protestant SCOTUS who brought the calumny of Roe to bear as a stain upon the soul of the United States.
It took a Catholic SCOTUS majority -- courtesy of President Trump -- to undo what mouth-breathing, evil heretics shamefully brought into existence in Roe v Wade, and 63 million dead babies later:
how the military deals with abortion,
Depends on rank and issues involved
prevents federal dollars from being involved in abortion.
Stare have that debt if the allow abortions NOT the feds
Government cannot give the power to murder citizens over to the states.
What the hell do you think Roe Vs Wade was all about dating.
murder isn’t murder if done in a state
Murder is murder no matte who dose it buy it wasn’t considered murder under Roe Vs Wade law. it that simple enough tfor you to understande. Now go play in your basement
