(I just read that Smith won.)
Elaborate please!
cripes...his arguments are a word salad...no sauce to back it up and there can’t be...he is in uncharted waters.
Jack Smith is known as a moron and lousy attorney.
This shows a personal bias by the prosecutor based on his opinion. Any rational judge would throw out all charges.
Rats are a threat to democracy in this constitutional republic.
This is a settled fact.
Is Smith a Demonicrat? Because Demonicrats project their crimes and sins upon Republicans, ergo Smith is a threat to Democracy.
yes I have come to realize that "threat to democracy" is a democrat dog whistle for threat to democrat party and its elite members.
Democracy bad. Republic good.
Aristophanes, Wasps, Lines 480-585.
Curious that Smith included no citations or case law, merely “muh democracy”!
No, Jackass Smith, it’s you!
Love thier line, a threat to democracy “thier democracy” The slogan has been hijacked to represent the criminal fraudulent corrupt radical rat party and thier utopia for us, not them
It must be Bizarro World for Smith. Denying the citizens the right to vote for their preferred candidate is the exact opposite of democracy.
Bdelycleon’s accusers grasp for any excuse to deem him a wannabe tyrant!
“America’s justice system is supposed to be blind and fair.
Our lady of justice is not blind or fair. She has become a whore.”
Yup.. ask why?
It’s well past time to repeal the 17th Amendment. With the Senate being filled with uniparty hacks and lobbyists controlled idiots, the current federal judiciary is tainted and malignant to our Republic.
Time to right the ship.. repeal the 17th Amendment.
Mad Jack.
Ah. I was dreading having to transcribe it in both Greek and English. Fortunately, there is a scholar here who summarized. Thank you.
These corrupt fools try desparately to make the public overlook the fact that Trump was president for four years and was never a threat for democracy. They also want the public to believe that a few hundred unarmed men and women, some grandmothers, along with that fierce ogre with horns, invited into the Capitol building by the police, was an attempted coup.
You miss the fine points. He wasn’t a threat to “democracy” but always they phrased it “a threat to our democracy,” by which they meant their comfy little set-up. And in their eyes, those “forgotten men and women” were vulgar rednecks whose sole concern was putting the n—rs back in chains. Not because they were inclined to do so, but because they couldn’t imagine them having any real-life concerns. Jobs? They should have gone to Harvard. “Make America Great Again” to them meant, make white people the bosses again. Securing the border was pure racism, because the people coming across it were non-white, so what else could have been their problem. It’s lunacy, but this is how they thought, if you can call that thinking.
Aristophanes was amazingly prescient, and human nature is what it was. I have been in Athens, but I don’t read or speak Greek. When I was there I got food poisoning. I went to one of their socialist government hospitals but it was closed that day. Fortunately they allow private clinics to operate.
