Can’t think of a better time to give 500,000 feds the ax for good and cut a few agency’s budget by a third. For starters that is.
Since they can work remotely, let’s spread the jobs and economic impact all around the country. EPA to be based in Paducah, Ky., Education Department located in Rapid City, South Dakota and so forth.
Shut down the agencies completely, Clear out the buildings, Turn them over to Trump and he can turn them into money generating hotels to reduce taxpayer debt, provide an income stream and revitalize the economy of the areas around them.
Why? If they need to meet in person, they can go to Starbucks.

I am sure every single one of these poor government employees is absolutely essential and couldn’t possibly be fired.
With direct deposit of federal pay, it is quite likely the federal employees are not even living near their offices anymore. They may be living in the Bahamas.
There are no deadlines or paperwork quotas for these parasites.
The Feds outsource more and more to consultants and contractors, leaving not a lot of staff to have in the offices.
There’s also all the Federal data center space which isn’t being utilized because they’re moving everything they can into the Amazon cloud (usually, at a cost increase compared to when they hosted it onsite).
