From the looks of the kill-the-Jews demonstrations, this could trigger something like a civil war between Christians/patriots/ ordinary folks and the AntiSemite left. Sooner or later the Mohammedans will start to feel they and using their lefty allies have the numbers to do some serious Jihad.

Itamar Ben-Gvir is a right-winger, who drives the left insane. He's a member of Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power), and is a religious Zionist and Kahanist, who has said "no Arabs, no terrorism."
2. Anyone who is in the reseerves is assumed to be able to properly fire a gun. Those who never served or retired need to gain or show competency in the safe use of a firearm.
3. Israel needs to run background checks.

The 1949 law was passed by the Leftist government to disarm the Arabs in Israel and to ensure that the Irgun/Etzel and Lehi/Stern Gang could not rearm.
