Very odd. I think it was a set up - but then, I think that the whole Gaza war might be a set up.

The hostages would have been carefully guarded. Yet there they are, walking into a public area, with their shirts removed and white flag to carry. Someone sent them out. The same someone might have filmed their execution, and be keeping those images to have leverage over Netenyahu. This is only speculation on my part. But, if so, then we will see a sudden moderation in his policies. The next few weeks will be of interest.
