I am against prison industrial complex also. But only if no one commits any crimes also. Till then, I want prisons and jails, and holding cells for all criminals. Until proven not guilty by a fair court of law.
As for the shortsighted dance company. I am sure some will change their tune when they, or their friends are robbed, shot or stabbed, and left for dead, and the perps will be set free in order to repeat the crimes.
