The problem with Ryan illogic is.... authoritarians rarely, if ever, seek to give people more of their own money (ie tax breaks, decreases or refunds) so they can do what they want with ... their own money. Authoritarians prefer to tax the living hell out of the peons while regulating every aspect of the lives of their peon subjects....
kinda like the OBiden regime has done and is doing.
