I see Amnesty at the end of it more like a Regime victory lap. The irreversible change has aleady happened.
In Canada, illegals are just accepted as “refugees” so it is all legal from the start.
Canada accepts double the refugees of the USA with 1/10 the population.
When people are refugees they temporarily evacuate to the the country next door or the next one over and the world can send aid to help defray the cost if the world chooses.
Being a refugee does not mean that you hit the jackpot and get on a jetliner and fly to the best white countries on earth and win membership into the top tier of the world’s societies.

In Canada this is exactly what it means for about the last 50 years.
Flushing their passport down the toilet on the airplane and claiming not to have any identity documents is all part of the game.
My personal favourite is Trudeau 1.0 brought in all sorts of Communists and leftists from Chile as “political refugees”. Most moved to Quebec where they joined the Separatist movement, and started agitating for Quebec Separation !
