“Afrocentric”

Years ago I worked at a job which occasionally brought me into a warehouse where they distributed OTC pharmaceutical and other products to drug stores. Cartons of a new product caught my eye. They were labeled "Afrin". For the longest time I assumed it was an ethnic hair product.

Austin, TX (the Berkeley of the SW) pulled this racist stuff during the plandemic. You’re a horrible person not to shop black owned stores, blah, blah. All over the newspaper, the evening news and sm.

When I see “Minority/Female Owned Business” I skip and go elsewhere.

It isn’t that a minority or females cannot run a business. It indicates that quality is not the key focus. Race or gender is.

I want no part of it.

Guessing you don’t have a row of LGBTXYZWHATEVER rainbow nutcrackers from Target on your fireplace mantel, huh? Target never learns.

When it comes to shopping there are a number of factors when I decide to buy. The product is one thing but the establishment or business is another. When it comes to the latter it’s mostly how comfortable I feel about a place. In your face politics does not make me feel comfortable. I can tolerate a minimal amount but there is a threshold that sends me to the exit or never even entering a place. If I get the wrong vibe same thing. Making a customer feel comfortable and appreciated is basic business 101.

I wouldn’t wear that ghetto trash, if they paid me to do so.

“Everyone was very much into diversity, equity and inclusion,” she said.

No, actually the left was into Hatin’ Whitey.

They got what they wanted, now they need to embrace the suck.
