Air Canada.

When you absolutely, positively don't need to get anywhere.

Air Canada - North America’s largest unscheduled air line.

One would expect that airlines that operate in places with bad weather might have flights leaving and arriving late.

U.S. airlines have figured out the art of scheduling a flight to take twice as long as it actually takes, that’s why you’ll see Delta showing a flight that takes 1.5 hrs as having a block time of nearly 3 hrs (no, the taxi doesn’t take that long). That way they can claim they were on time or early when they were actually 30 minutes late. It’s a game to keep the DOT off their backs and pad their made up “on time” statistics. I don’t know if Air Canada does that, most likely not which is why they lag behind the U.S. carriers in the statistics.
