Here’s my theory. The Chinese want Biden to be the nominee, so Biden will be the nominee. Though the consultant class - the Axelrods, Podestas, etc. - may want Biden out, they don’t have the power to make it happen.
If that is a case, it is a good thing the vote counters will correct their votes.
