Ask Russia.
They are the ones invading all over the place and wagging forever wars everywhere.
And now Russia use its Iran / Hamas proxies to wage war against Israel... trying that way to deflect western resources to another front other that the one in UKraine.
Classic aggressive military tactics.
Russia is also fomenting anti western sentiments in Africa, trying to expell Americas bases there.
Soooo.... yes.... Ask Russia if it intends to end its warmongering one day.
