Not sure the 5 points were necessary, but I see the summation as a reasonable argument in that the refreeze is false bravado — my interpretation, not presuming yours of course.

It was pre-election pressure that forced their hand. It was having a negative impact and they were forced to give in.
Qatar is where the head of Hamas lives. Take him out or take out the heads of the Qatari government,
