Christians are treated well in Islamic countries?
This post has been removed by the way.
Umm, does anyone not know this?
Ain’t that the truth. All with no self awareness and Class A liars 24/7.
Christians were treated fine in Saddam's Iraq. Better than they are being treated now.
You are correct.
But take more careful observation of sarcasm tags.
“assign any of the blame to Iran”
Well, Iran is a Russian puppet state, so what’s the difference?
Yeah
I miss Saddam too /s
You should definitely be leading our foreign policy. /s
“Your ignorance is that you believe that the people who are against sending billions of unaccounted-for money, and weapons to Ukraine, to fight yet another proxy war with Russia, are pro-Russia.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
You don’t understand what I have been trying to explain here for a long time.
What I say is this : inaction IS action !
If you suddenly stop sending weapons to an ally (Ukraine) under ruthless attack by a 1000 times more powerful enemy (Russia)... it’s similar to DEFUND THE POLICE in America and let the Antifa and assassins roam free on our streets and let them kill law-abiding civilians.
“The only thing necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.”
The ONLY thing RUSSIA wants from us in the West is that we abandon our allied Ukraine. If we do that Russia wins and we sacrifice in the process the entire Ukrainian people. Letting them be slaves under a horrible Kremlinist Neo-Soviet and pro-Iranian regime. Hell no! I’m a Christian and moral person. I support the Reagan doctrine that ended (for a while) Russias imperialist and expansionism.
We won the Cold War through STRENGTH and by collaborating WITH our allies.
I wouldn’t say I miss Saddam, but he was par for the course in the Middle East.
Russia has been a cancer on the world for more than 100 years.
I think it was a shill for Moscow. But Russian shill works as well.
But lets look at the hot spots in them world. If Russia didn’t exist…would they be as hot?
Russia has been a cancer on the world for more than 100 years.
I did, that’s what the LOL was for
that’s why I responded to you...
“ Well that was a Biden administration mistake. Washington gave back those billions (temporarily seized by America) to Iran in exchange for hostages.”
Concerning statement. How much are you being paid by the Biden administration to downplay their actions (twice in 2 sentences) and divert the attention to Russia?
I don’t give a rat’s patootie about Ukraine right now. This is about Israel. Take your eastern European obsession elsewhere and do not post to me about it.
The world does not revolve around you eastern Europeans.
“I got called a Russian shill ...”
Look in the mirror. You will see a Russian shill because you are a Russian shill.
One recalls that Tarik Azzi was a Chaldean Catholic. The point of the Iraq of that time was oddly something quite different than we recall dimly. Both it and Syria were devotees of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party.

So many today want to forget that much of the Middle East fell under the sway of Socialist theory.

Much of this is what today's varieties of socialists want us to forget. Germany's SPD and die Linke and even the tiny Marxistisch–Leninistische Partei Deutschlands were similarly grounded in such political thinking, separate of course from the pan-Arabist side of things. Other European nations' politics also evidences this. Of here in our very own nation, and sitting in our very own Congress are members of the Democratic Socialists of America. So much more about this could be said for a simple comment.
Nonetheless, your point is well taken, in part. Excepting that the Marxist-socialist tendency is busy in mainstream Christian denominations now, which explains in part so many recent schisms. Christians are battling "christians" -- I choose the distinction in the lower case letter thereby -- on a canvas of modernism. Much is at stake, I am sure we agree.
Fair enough.
