I have seen strange things today. Checked the movie release date this morning:

I've enjoyed watching episodes of the TV series Air Disasters. Frequently, pilots become disoriented and either pitch up into a deadly stall or down into the earth.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why every cockpit is not standardly equipped with a small object dangling from the ceiling, providing obvious orientation.
