I did not see any mention of a forced entry. Maybe there was, but, it seems like that would have been stated in the story if that had been the case.

In a way, I kind of feel sorry for the guy as he’s now getting exposed to a form of 2-tier ‘justice’. He figures he’d teach another young babe a thing or two about Social Justice but instead finds the entire city of Baltimore and likely much more looking to arrest him and possibly lock him up for several weeks.
