Some US spokeshol a while ago said the US has no auditing of what happens to the $billions OR the military equpiment sent to Ukraine. The US has no clue about what happens to any of it or where it goes. I’ve seen reports of Javelins in the hands of criminal gangs in Europe, and a Ukrainian plane crashed some time ago full of who knows what US stuff on its way to the Middle East. I also remember at least one Ukrainian caught on the western Ukraine boarder with a suitcase or more stuffed with US $100 bills.
