“PHOENIX — The state Court of Appeals has struck down a bid by Republican lawmakers to immunize doctors and hospitals from claims they acted negligently in treating patients during the COVID outbreak.”
Good to see the Republican lawmakers are on the side of the people. The lawsuits will bankrupt the doctors and hospitals.

I think you misread or misinterpreted the article.
Republican lawmakers were attempting to DEFEND doctors and hospitals from patients claiming they acted negligently. That’s not “taking the side of the people”.
Out of control government was out of control.
I don’t think support for this bill was restricted to RINOs and McCainites.
No worry - they're switching to gender affirmation medical solutions which are very lucrative.
Since the PREP Act and/or CARES Act still provide/s immunity, it’s still out of control.
Political medicine has consequences. Bankrupt them all. Lessons must be learned, lest they be repeated.

Maybe doctors and hospitals shouldn’t have gone along with the Genocide plan in the first place.
The longer I live in Arizona, the harder I find telling the difference between Democrat & Republican politicians.

Money.
“Republican lawmakers were attempting to DEFEND doctors and hospitals from patients claiming they acted negligently. That’s not “taking the side of the people”.”
That was my point.
That, and political pressure: “Do it or else!”
They were paid a minimum of $275 for two shot series of this magical goo.
That doesn’t count all the other bonuses they were paid.
They weren’t docterin....
Why would republicans do this? Doctors and hospitals should be held liable for killing or harming people. Big Pharma should as well but that is not going to happen. Sue the pants off Doctors and hospitals and maybe next time, they will do what’s in the best interest of the people.
