From one way of looking at it, Ukraine ceased to exist in 2014 when it became a US “client”.

Assuming that is right, Russia will have to keep an occupying force in Ukraine. They’ll be regularly picked off by the Ukie underground. How long will the Russki population put up with sons sent to be shot?

The corrupt nation bribed our so-called president and has received $100 billion in return...

Our "SCP" as VP at the time threatened to withhold $1 bil to protect his criminal son. Sounds more like extortion than bribery. Oh, well...to-MAY-to, to MAH-to.

That means Ukraine is winning!

What would define a "win" for Russia? Just as there is no "good guy" in this conflict, neither is there a "winner".

What would define a "win" for Russia?

They've put out their main four (I believe its four) goals for their "SMO."

Some are more clear, while the most nebulous and unclear being "denazification" of the Ukraine Government. How to achieve that, exactly?

There is no reason for the Russians to trust Ukraine or the West after both reneged on the Minsk Accords.

A ceasefire isn't a viable option. Ukraine has zero chance of taking any territory back. Unconditional surrender is the only option. It's just a matter of how many more Ukrainian lives and how much more territory is lost until that happens.

Thanks. BTW, one is beginning to suspect that Rattler is a profession provocateur.

Whom he/she is working for, one wouldn’t know. Probably the same as MOM.

Ask the South Vietnamese about our “solemn word”

That’s why for it to have the full force of law, it must go through the Senate for satisfaction.

Else it evaporates at the end of the presidential term.

But they paid $10 to the Bidens after the prosecutor was fired and the $1 billion was delivered.

The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances was not approved by the senate as required by the Constitution. It is nonbinding on this country. And they went to Iraq so that they could get weapons from the US.

Wait, 2014? I thought all was well in the saintly state of Ukraine until the Russians invaded, you mean something was amiss going back to 2014, when the US and other countries interfered in the internal politics of the Ukraine-you remember snake man where your CNC, then VP had Ukrainian prosecutors fired for daring to investigate possible illegal activities by your CNC. It’s okay if the USA interferes in any countries election, but by the Eternal you better not even consider touching our pristine elections! We are hypocrites and it pains me to say it but its the truth.

This war is a tar pit that envelopes and captures any one who gets near it and the USA and their warmongers are determined to throw our blood and treasure into this cesspool and if necessary end the world as we know it. They are not thinking logically at all and common sense is completely lost on them. The Russians are not the good guys, neither are the Ukrainians or the western warmongers, there are no white hats in this quagmire. There are no white hats in this war.

That's a happy ending either way...

All was certainly not well in Ukraine in 2004. That’s the year Putin poisoned a president of Ukraine. It’s always amusing to see Ukrainian history start in 2014. The Kremlin was meddling in Ukraine and murdering Ukrainians long before then. How dare they defend themselves against another genocidal invasion by Kremlin Bolsheviks.

By all means they can defend themselves, more power too them! But I’m tired of paying for it and tired of our military being stripped of it’s supplies for your war. The Ukrainians and Russians can fight until the second coming, but do it on your own dime.

Kicking Russian corruption and influence out of Europe brings vast economic benefits to Americans. President Trump knows that and that is why he campaigned as POTUS for American energy to replace Russian energy in Europe, sanctioned the Nordstream2 pipeline, promoted NATO defense spending, etc.

Opposition to supporting Ukraine in its fight against another Kremlin orchestrated genocide of Ukrainians has never been about money. Don’t be duped, FRiend. Conservatives must be better than that. Making Russia Great Again has never been in our interest. Period.

The same intelligence agencies that have lied to us for 60 years are spouting the war forever hogwash. Conservatives will complain about the lies of the US government domestically will believe anything that is uttered by the intelligence agencies and DOD and they lie more than the domestic agencies. Fool me once, shame on me...

Ivan is a scumbag, and I enjoy seeing him get throat punched but to pick a fight needlessly is shortsighted and wasteful and we don’t have the money or resources to waste on refighting the cold war. China is our mortal enemy and more effort should be paid to driving a wedge between the CPP and Russia.

Ivan and the Ukrainians as I said can have at it until hell freezes over, but no more US money and certainly not one drop of American blood for this quagmire.

This is about us. Do we want good energy jobs in Texas supplying Europe? Or would we rather have those jobs in Russia? Making Russia Great Again simply isn’t in our interest. Never has been. Never will be.
