I’m going to guess that the constitution doesn’t grant the fed the power to restrict people’s movement, unless they have been incarcerated.
Sooooo....
Either they built one hell of a huge prison complex, complete with lots of judges to place these people into incarceration.
Once they leave the complex, they are subject to the laws of Texas.
If the law of Texas states they are to be bussed out of state, better line up the lawyers.
