I think its a Hail Mary to find get a Leftist judge to make a ruling that gums up the works. Legally, I think its silly. But it might work, either as a delaying tactic, or better yet, as some form of insurance... if the accusations become “found facts” wouldn’t they impair Hunter’s trial?
