Let me answer your original question in another way:
In 2024, let's say Trump wins all the same states he won in 2016. Because he wins the popular vote by 2% instead of losing it by 2% as he did in 2016, he wins at least one or two additional states to bring his EV total to 315-320. That leaves the D with only 215-220 EV's. Like I said previously, about 100 more EV's for Trump.
