Thats how we once handled things in California. Maybe its time to reach back in history and bring out the rope.
Males need to quit voting with their pee pees. Start using their brains.
“For what?”
Violation of oath of office maybe...
or how about deprivation of rights under color of law ?
Conspiracy to commit dumbassry ...
Just make something up ... seems to be the popular thing these days.
That’s great and all, because any charges will be dropped, but “violators” will still have their weapons seized and GFL getting them back from the grabby hands cops.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
She needs to be convicted of treason and put in prison.
Will he go a step further and fight it on behalf of city residents and visitors?
DA Bergman can prosecute the Governor for infringing Constitutional rights, then we can applaud.
The Second Amendment is the enforcement provision for everything else.
Impeach her ass.
Back in the early 90s, I got lost one night in Albuquerque and I mean seriously lost. An Albuquerque policeman eventually helped me find the motel where I had already gotten a room. I only went a coupla blocks from the motel to get a pizza to take back to my room and somehow wound up wandering around Albuquerque.
That’s not the lostest I’ve ever been though. That honor goes to Cleveland, Ohio 1965.
I have always hated driving anywhere after dark and oughtta know better this late in life.
Worst I did was get lost in San Diego and was entering the naval station. Turned around at the gate.
There’s no excuse to get lost with GPS now.
Is arizona an open carry state?
I had something similar happen to me out around Gettysburg. On my way to a job site, I wasn’t paying attention to the names of the several highways that my GPS directed me to. On my return my GPS broke. I had no idea where I was. Luckily I came across some box store where I was able to purchase another GPS that directed me back to my hotel. Since then I pay attention to my route!
stupid beotch governor neuters her governing credibility by issuing clearly illegal orders that ALL LEOs publicly announce that they will not enforce because the order is clearly illegal ...
that leaves the NM State Police ... but not living in NM myself, not sure enforcing illegal executive orders falls within their purview anyway ... they look more like they’re mostly specialty support and highway patrol type of LEOs, rather than all-purpose LEOs ...
That works.
Worstest is Pittsburg.
