I know, I figured a New Yorker would feel right at home there. Especially in Portland.

Courts already have ruled that anything and everything that’s elemental of the use of firearms — to include ammunition — is protected by 2A.
In any state with a sane judiciary, this would be ruled excessive and overturned.
