It’s a very low standard to get a federal issue moved to a federal court. The judge is stating that there is absolutely no federal issue involving a President and/or his chief of staff in this election process for a national election. Very, very hard to believe. The judge is an idiot/liar as so many, especially Democrat appointed Judges turn out to be.
I doubt this ruling stands.
