This is the same as not providing a wedding cake to a gay couple because of your beliefs. The restaurant is violating Vivek’s civil liberties by refusing to host an event due to their political beliefs.

Now if Ramaswamy could prove he was cancelled because of his Indian heritage, not his political leanings, he might have a case.
