Russia is being defeated on every front. It is only a question of weeks until Crimea falls and when it goes, so does Putin. The Russians can only make good fake videos that show paper victories. Ukraine needs more planes and tanks, why not F-35s? and F-22’s with American pilots? Why Not Abrams tanks with American Tankers. Are we not in it to win it? Once Russia sees one US serviceman they will run away! No Russian can stand up to a US soldier or our advanced weapons. They will surrender in a week. World War III will last only a week as all the world attacks Russia from all directions. All that is left is the Victory parade in Washington DC and the trial and execution of Putin. What a great time to be an American or a Ukrainian!

Well, they have people who know how to build them. However, Ukraine pledged to forego nuclear weapons a long time ago. I bet it regrets that decision. Or, it can just do what Russia usually does: Cheat.

Well, some of them have been training over here for about a year.
But, the thing with F16s is not so much the pilots, it is the very strict maintenance requirements for the aircraft. Pilots are just loungers if the bird can’t get off the ground.

As it relates to Ukrainian pilot F-16 training in the U.S., we are prepared to support a training effort here in the continental United States if capacity is reached in Europe. I don’t have any specifics to provide right now in terms of which bases that training could occur at.
