I would not buy that property even at a 70% discount because the same problems remain. Until the city government is cleared of all the extreme Leftists then the city will never change and recover. I don’t care who buys the property even the Chinese, etc., they cannot change the voters.
Until there is affordable housing again and rents at a reasonable rate per income there will be no renewal in SF. Only an earthquake and starting all over will work.
