So far I haven’t seen a lot of push back from women. A few here and there. But as a whole they seem cool with it. Until they wake up and find every sports participant a transgender and they have no spots, they will continue to pretend there isn’t a problem.
Figures. After Trump finished with them there is a majority of, if not fully conservative, at least not raving liberal judges. You can still get panel rulings that are off the wall but the full court has been reaonable.

I believe congress redefined the civil rights sex protections (m/f) to sexual “activity” (LGB) and some courts have already found that T is included because T is activity.

If they want to use the facilities for swimming, exercise, etc; they could show up at the meets and when the whistle blows, just step off the platform. Refuse to compete.
As long as we on a cultural conveyor belt that ultimately allows men to compete in girls sports without limitation, the gals are just going to have to refuse to participate.
Don’t know how the law read, but if it said they are banned, they left the Leftist 9th Circuit an out. It should have said that individuals will participate in sports based on the gender of their birth.
Boycotts are effective. Montgomery bus boycott is an example of that.
Right now, the brainwashing is deep. Women are afraid to go against the feminists in charge of the woke ideology.
One or two female athletes may walk out. But that's not going to do anything. They'll need a leader to organize. And she'll have to be a woman.

If you only have one gender sports team as in football, girls are allowed to participate (usually kicker)
If the law states birth certificates will be used to determine gender for participants in addition to DOB, SCOTUS may take it.
It wasn’t a real US Appeals Court, it was the 9th. Will probably be reversed at the Supreme Court.
