Use discovery to prove there was election fraud.
Don’t have a case dismissed because of No Standing or Latches, so Courts must rule on the issue. Image an election fraud is proven in a Court of law! Then what?
Use discovery and witnesses to put the issue in the legal record. Trump can Subpoena anyone he communicated with about the election. Governor Georgia, no problem!
Demonstrate that our fearless leaders knew and did nothing!
Just quick thoughts and I sure there will be lots of appeals. I like the lawyer I heard this morning (can’t remember who) that President Trump as Chief Law enforcement Officer has the duty to confirm the election was fair and honest! How’s that for a defense!
Why not clean up the elections? Voter ID, no dropboxes or unsolicited mail-in ballots. That would be one possible end game. Restore trust in our elections.
