How can you tell your antenna is no longer working? They will just simply disable the car if it isn't functioning. People act as if they are going to have a choice what is installed on their cars they may have some choice of what they prefer but they have absolutely no control over what the manufacturer prefers. Most cars have upwards of 100 censors that we know of we don't have a clue what we are unaware of.
Take any new car on the road set the cruise control then try to speed up behind a slower car and see what happens.
