I used to think, long ago, that she was kind of attractive, but...I guess that is the kind of impression one gets from looking at a television as you walk by.

I’ll never forget watching the local news in Florida when Rubio was running for president and the news guy asked a couple of gals at the kid’s soccer game, where Rubes was watching his kids, what they thought of the then senator. Their answer? ‘well, he’s cute.’

And there you have it. Another reason our country is screwed.

One less reason to hate Kelly Ripa.... From today's PoliticsNJ.com: "Camden County Democrats got some free network TV time this morning when Kelly Ripa of ABC's Live with Regis and Kelly opened her show with a pitch for voters to support the Camden County Democratic ticket. She urged a straight vote for the Democratic column 2 team, 'especially her father, ‘Joe Ripa, a candidate for Freeholder.”

Women in politics, Ripa said, “Have to be tough, but not too tough. They have to look good, but not too good. They can’t be emotional, but they can’t be cold. Or they’re too strong or not strong enough. Or what if she gets her period — will she launch a nuclear weapon?”

The same could be said about men in politics, except for the period thing, well, perhaps for Buttegieg given he is capable of breastfeeding and all.

When current Supreme Court Justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, can't define what a woman is, citing that she's "not a biologist", how would Kelly Ripa, who's also not a biologist, be able to determine whether or not the president is a woman?
