Trump endorsed some MAGA candidates who lost (according to the official counts). TDS posters here on FR are blaming him because "the Red Tsunami did not happen" (or at least that's what they reported after the mail in ballots were counted).

I think Trump was right to endorse people who were as close to MAGA as he could. Oz was not perfect but Fetterman won????

Court Transcript shows the DoJ Prosecutor reminding the Judge of a Prominent and Power name that he wanted banned from the proceedings. The Judge agreed to banning the use of the name. It was Patrick Ho’s trial in NY.

He couldn’t argue that a previous admin investigated him and found no wrongdoing. He couldn’t argue he was pursued because of a political prosecution. He wasn’t allowed to enter evidence that the Podestas and Bidens never registered as Foreign Agents.

Stone and Flynn were barred from using the Political Prosecution argument.
