The Chief Justice makes the call. Roberts hates Trump.
Not a valid argument.
I don’t support DeSantis but I’m glad he finally told the truth about this 2020 horse pucky. Rudy Giuliani totally humiliated himself in every one of his court cases, many of which were decided by Trump judges.
This crybaby sore loser whining needs to be thrown in the trash can. Put the hanky away and man up!
“Nobody talks about the movie, “2000 Mules.””
Because it’s garbage. I watched it twice. Even True the Vote has moved on from 2020.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations subpoenaed Dinesh for his supposed evidence more than a year ago and he gave them bupkis. He’s got nothing. It’s all just a grift.
The move went nowhere because it’s fiction.
Sounds like Ron wants to fight all the 1 percenters(eg. Asia Hutchinson) for the Never-Trump vote. Hard to see how this is a winning strategy.
So DeSantis is an expert on losers now?
Well, he’s right. They will.
We were ripped off when the thieving Marxist left cheated and stole the election.
Trump is not president but he certainly did not lose.
What a piece of excrement.
Georgia did it with a Judicial consent decree regarding a lawsuit against our executives which they signed to save themselves rather than fight for our citizens.
My opinion doesn’t matter. What matters is what SCOTUS recognized, and even the Trump appointed justices denied cert in TX v PA.
Your information needs to be adjusted.
Cert is granted if 4 justices so vote.
Robert’s vote wouldn’t matter if the 5 other conservative justices would have voted to hear the case.
Dumb post. RDS entered the race and he opens his mouth so he gets talked about.
Live with it.
A Republican Senator is pretty worthless. Add the lawyer description with it and you have a total loser.
John Roberts is not a Trump appointed justice.
And the majority of the SCOTUS wanted to bring the case. Roberts made his pay off to the scum in DC by denying that case.
Why would it be? It’s a referendum on national bankruptcy, rampant crime, cratering living standards & Satanic preying upon and mutilation children.
That RDS even said this disqualifies him from consideration in 2024 and thereafter. He’s politically dead to me.
You’ve made my point. Odd that you can’t get on and live with it.
It's as if, in 2016, !Yeb! didn't actually say "f***-it-Im-a-Bush-Im-rich-screw-this-pleb-shitshow", and instead had his advisors pump hot helium up his balloon hole for months and months and months. Which may be why Meatball's voice breaks and squeaks now and then.
This clown is just annoying now.
HONEST? The election was stolen, period. You have to be a total moron to think otherwise. It was a statistical impossibility that the huge lead Trump enjoyed on election night totally reversed in the wee hours of the night when the legions of cheating Demonrats gathered, after dismissing the conservative judges, to change the election.
Meatball believes the 2020 presidential election was stolen; Meatball backed the 2020 alternate slates of electors; and Meatball picked a brand-new Florida Secretary of State precisely because of Cord Byrd's renewed devotion to election integrity after the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump:
"Two months before he was Gov. Ron DeSantis’ pick to oversee Florida voting, Cord Byrd was a featured speaker at a seminar for people whofalselybelieve the 2020 election was stolen and wanted training to stop it from happening again.Leading the Orlando summit was Cleta Mitchell, a conservative lawyer deeply involved in Donald Trump’s failed plot to overturn the 2020 election. In audio obtained by CNN, Mitchell introduced Byrd as someone committed to “election integrity ” – a phrase that has become a dog whistle for stoking myths about voting vulnerabilities. Mitchell described Byrd, a Republican state lawmaker at the time, as a trusted sounding board for new election policies and an active participant in weekly calls she hosted with like-minded officials across the country.
Byrd’s past collaboration with Mitchell, unreported until now, is illustrative of the access election deniers and those who have given oxygen to their conspiracies have gained in the highest levels of DeSantis’ government. For the past 10 months, top officials in DeSantis’ administration have met numerous times with Florida activists greatly influenced by Mitchell and other national figures involved in the scheme to overturn Trump’s 2020 defeat, according to records obtained by CNN. These activists, who operate under the name Defend Florida, argue that even the election results in the Sunshine State – which Trump won by a healthy margin – were tampered with.
DeSantis went on to raise concerns about the election process in neighboring Georgia, dancing around the edges of the conspiracies that have rattled the state ever since Trump lost by less than 12,000 votes. He said there was “massive ballot harvesting” in Atlanta.. He alleged that Atlanta prosecutors wouldn’t investigate voter fraud even if presented with evidence. DeSantis took particular issue with the amount of time needed for Georgia to finish tallying votes. It took days for the state to report a result.
In the days after the 2020 election, DeSantis was among the first Republican leaders to suggest that Trump-aligned legislators in key swing states had the power to intervene in the choosing of electors, even after all the votes were counted. He floated the idea during an appearance on Fox News two days after the election."
