that is because the communist/socialist structure has won the hearts and minds of the idiocracy for the last 3 generations... back to before WW1 and even the communist DEWEY... of decimal system fame...

cannot be fixed by election two or twenty times... It would take a quantum level God event.

and the price tag in human life would be unimaginable.

evidence presented to the jury which devastates Smith’s case will hang at least one juror, imho.

There isn't a snowball's chance of this in DC.

The Supreme Court is under NO obligation to hear Trump's case, or intervene in any criminal trial before it even starts.

Did Mark not learn that lesson in December 2020?

The idea is not to hear the case, it is to TEMPORARILY halt the CASES until AFTER the election because what Biden and these prosecutors are trying to do is interfere with the election.
