I live in Illinois. The only people that have taken the bivalent booster in any numbers are seniors 65 and older. The state averages about a 50% uptake rate in that age group with more in metro areas and less in rural areas. For those under 65 there are only a couple of Chicago area counties that are slightly above 20%
