Bidens dog, Major, was a rescue from a shelter in Delaware. A litter of young puppies was surrendered and Major was one of those puppies. His only owners have been the Bidens. They even fostered him.

When I was 3 I watched a dog mail my sister. It took her 3 surgeries to fix the damage. I don't put up with any aggression from a dog. When I was growing up in Montana there were no leash laws in my town and dogs run in packs. I have had dogs as family pets all my life. I know how dogs think and what they respect. In wolf packs wolves that get out of line and it's the alpha male and female get a mauling to keep them in line and dogs are no different. Only an idiot tries to treat a dog like a human.
