There’s about 3000 counties in the USA — thousands more cities, towns, villages, etc.
NYC comprises 5 counties, also called “boroughs.”

The scum-on-top have been looting as much as they can carry since at least 2008.
Looting is not a long-term strategy, because sooner or later the frame of reference settles down from the intentionally applied shocks, and people realize there is looting happening from the top.
The fact that all these officials seem to be joining in the looting while they can, does not bode well.
It probably means they know something about the proximate future which we (the public at large) don’t know about, or which we have heard of but is currently regarded as fantastical.
Something fantastical such as imminent pole axis shift (as described in “The Story of Adam & Eve” book), or some kind of kill shot from the Sun which mostly sterilizes the Earth.
It’s possible they are all being scammed and controlled with a promise of being saved in an “Ark” at some point, if they are obedient now. It doesn’t mean the impending doom is real, or that any Arks will ever exist. If they merely believe it, that fact explains much.

1. Defeating Trump by illegally altering the states vote COUNTING and BALLOT CUSTODY/TRANSPORTATION.
