Maybe the best part of your current confusion is summed up with this line: "The reserves have been federalized for 3 years."
It's not clear just what you might be talking about, but what this miserable excuse of a White House is talking about is the US Army IRR,who as you might guess from the name are and always have been federal troops, under federal command. A part of the United States Army, which is, you know, FEDERAL, so there's no need to "federalize" them further. It's one of those little-known things about the Army: you do your enlistment, but then you have another couple of years you owe them as a "reserve" that they can call back to active duty whenever they feel the need. It's something a lot of recuiters seem to forget to mention.
But I digress.
What you appear to be doing is confusing the US Army reserve program with the National Guard, which is at least supposed to be under the control of each individual state, but which can be "federalized" at different times and under different circumstances. So, yeah, the guard can be "federalized", where the Army can't be further "federalized", but that's got to be what's tripping you up.
But perhaps, with that cleared up, you can shed some light?
If you just really meant to refer to the National Guard, there are still further questions. Which units were those? From which states? And where are they? Plenty of guys at work are in the guard, and they are here, in Harris county. At work. Harris County, Texas. Not California. Not Georgia (either one of them.) Right here at home. Maybe you have intel they don't?

Oh hell no. WE were the ones orchestrating the war against Russian speaking Eastern Ukraine for 8 years, bombing and jailing the cities that would not comply to the edict to erase their language and history. No, we invaded their people in Eastern Ukraine, Eastern Ukraine is Russian. We invaded they kicked us out. NATO has invaded Eastern Europe to the borders of Russia, so they got their fight they wanted, but the aint doin so good are they. So they pay the poor Ukrainians to die for their stupid idea and are not willing to send their own troops, what does that tell you? eh
