After the first addict dies of an OD while using county supplied drug paraphernalia/supplies the county supervisors should be charged and/or sued civilly by their decedent’s family for aiding & abetting the death of the person.

They are doing the same thing in NYC. I know someone who works in one of those places. He believes in what he is doing, that there is a health benefit that goes along with the easy-to-obtain drugs. Also it was the only job he could get.
At needle-exchange programs had a shot at reducing blood-borne diseases.
