Someone here mentioned a 10,000 square
mile search area.
Of course they knew where to “start” the
search. In the Titanics’ general vicinity.
Just so happens, they found debris from
the sub 1600 feet off the bow. And now
I just read that the Navy heard the
implosion days ago, and pinpointed the
sound which allowed discovery of the debris
field.
