The studies I have seen said each shot increased all-cause mortality by an average of 6% per shot. That’s about 9 months per shot. The curve was fairly close to linear for 1-4 shots, with not enough people taking 5+ shots for statistical significance.

Study relied on group life data from the Society of Actuaries, not universities that depend on government money to continue to exist. Four shots would take off about 3 years from life expectancy. This number may change as no long-term studies have been done.
