Will the judge sanction the bastards that leaked government evidence?

Cue the tears from supporters.

Seriously??

Supporters of what??

The absolute disgust with an overrun, overbearing “just us” system??

Shouldn’t EVERYONE, here, be in support of that disgust and distrust?

Or, are you okay with this sort of lawfare, as long as it’s not you, or, any DS candidate you support?

Trumps team hasn’t responded to the charges. They dont need the docs to respond. They need to express the legal reasoning why he did or did not violate the statutes.

First, does he still have any attorneys, and second, does he have any legal reasoning beyond 'they did it too'?

Again, I am troubled that any president or former government official thinks they have right to keep official government documents. Personal papers, letters, etc. are one thing but government documents are another. None of us could keep our company or government documents, why should a president, elected official, or government worker think they can. And too bad Trump is singled out on this but maybe this is a good opportunity to reset expectations on this. Maybe Congress could address by giving amnesty to all people to return official government papers within say a year, else face potential felony charges? Let Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton etc. return their documents.

What is it that the regime/DS/CommieState does NOT want us to see? Evil, what they are doing....

SILENCE: Biden's DOJ (like Manhattan's Democrat DA) has asked a federal judge to prevent Trump from disclosing the evidence Biden's prosecutor plans to show jurors - prosecutors DO NOT want voters to see anything that might undermine their case.https://t.co/2M9baLHT9n— @amuse (@amuse) June 17, 2023

“ARTICLE I SECTION 2....The President...may require the opinion, in writing,of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices”

Why might that have been put into the Constitution?

Would it not follow that a President might need and wish to retain official writings after leaving office?

Those documents are for the perusal of the highest elected office in the US. The intel community, the judiciary, the RINO and RAT Party, or the MSM (your guys) none of them have the right or the clearance to classify or declassify documents.

They do not need to give amnesty because the SCOTUS has already ruled on this regarding Bill Clinton and his sock drawer tapes.

These charges are not over “classified documents”. Obviously you do not understand the charges. The real charges are the Espionage act as they are trying to claim Trump did not store them correctly and probably shared them with enemies which is what Joe Biden was doing with docs in Chinatown and at Penn State.

Never mind that Joe Biden illegally, he was only VP, and so was Pence when he took them, took classified docs and had them in his garage next to his fancy corvette that Hunter Biden, a real criminal, had everyday access to.

You have a space over on MSNBC.

If the judge has no authority in this matter then team Trump should post one of the docs and see how it plays out?

I am talking about what appears from reports to be government-generated and paid for documents from the DoD, intelligence agencies, etc. These are not or never should be considered personal presidential documents. That is different than Clinton saving recordings he made (though, who did that, who paid for the equipment and tapes, etc.).

And, yes, the VP and Senate and others, who had no declassifying authority should be fully accountable. Maybe Biden should offer a blanket pardon now to himself, Clinton, Trump, and others for any and all papers they kept, legally or otherwise. Else, we should absolutely see charges against everyone (in a fair and impartial world).

Exactly.

The DS/UniParty defends their own, quite obviously.

So, the DoJ can revoke Trump’s client-attorney privilege numerous times, and now they get to decide that he can’t engage in an active defense of himself against their years-long character assassination and framing effort.

This is a criminal prosecution. Period. To believe otherwise is delusional. Trumps biggest dumb move is he thought he was above the law instead of fighting the requests for the documents return. His lie about n response to the subpoena really screwed him. The old coverup is worse than the crime.
