I've heard recordings--broadcast on WOR radio in New York--where Biden gave was giving a speech where he bragged about the billion-dollar threat to the Ukrainian government and the subsequent firing of the prosecutor of his son.

I think Biden was asking where the money was as a serious question. He knows they got paid, but he cant recall where he put the funds...he was literally asking where it is. LOL

It was recently alleged that Mikhola Zlochevsky was an SVR operative. If so, maybe Putin will supply the tapes at an opportune moment.
I suppose that’s possible But it was more likely “we’ve got it hidden so well nobody will ever find it”.
