Putin has extended offers of peace since this started AND four years prior efforts in negotiations both Zelensky and Putin agreed to. But of course carrying them out was another story. It always is.

You fraud! She was asked directly by a questioner — as a general question — that if she, as prime minister, had to order the use of nuclear weapons, would she be prepared to do that. She said, “Yes.”
The leaders of every nuclear nation would have — or have
— said the same thing.
But, of course, that was not the context you took when you originally claimed that it was the UK that first mentioned using nukes. You said it in response to Russian mouthpieces saying Russia should consider using nukes against Ukraine and/or the West in the context of the war in Ukraine, and you said the UK said it first.
Give it up, Noob.
