One would think that most any lawyer could make a massive targeting case and then it's up to the jury to decide whether or not targeting a citizen is legal or not.

There is no way a city dweller jury will find him innocent. Not because he's guilty, they just hate him.

This will see years of upward court cases finally resulting in the decision that he was, indeed, targeted.

Hopefully, the Presidential Records Act will win the day. Clinton kept in classified audio tapes of conversations he has with world leaders in his sock drawer. The Court ruled Clinton could keep the classified tapes. The Egan case should be cited by the Judge as grounds for dismissal of the case against Trump.

What the pundit class seems to be missing along with Smith who doesn't mention the PRA in the indictment is that Trump is not just another federal employee.

Great catch. I noted that Baar in his interview with “shifty shannon” tried to get rid of that clause(the clause that allows presidents to declassify basically anything they want) saying it did not apply to what Trump was doing. For me it just showed how much Trump-hate he and the rest of the cia cabal have for Trump.
