There is even an opinion piece by Joseph Epstein in today’s WSJ with encouragement of other GOP candidates in their insults of Trump and bemoaning the fact that they are insufficiently skilled in doing so.
The closing sentence of the article reads as follows:
“Meanwhile, how pleasant it would be to hear one of his Republican rivals, after being insulted by Mr. Trump, return: “Ah, bugging are we, Donald? About your hair . . .””
